Jonathan Longhurst

Founder and Director

Jon has worked in digital advertising for over 14 years in senior commercial, product and consultancy roles. His experience from working in some of the biggest media owners in the industry (Microsoft, Vevo, Weve and Amazon), across multiple channels (display, video, mobile and commerce), coupled with his global client consultancy exposure, led Jon to create LongTerm Digital. Identifying the root problems, listening to customers, understanding the market and creating prioritised action plans is at the heart of Jon’s working philosophy.


Sarah Jackson

Senior Consultant

Sarah has spent over 13 years ‘being curious’ about advertising data and technology and is now something of a digital polymath. Most recently, she led product and customer success teams within Amazon’s marketing and advertising divisions, and prior to that, she ran the Amazon Advertising ad operations team. Sarah is also the founder of an e-commerce website dedicated to women’s cycling.


Shermadeen Miller


Shermadeen brings with her over 14 years of media experience encompassing press, sponsorship and digital. She has forged herself as a digital strategist working for media owners including Hearst, Orange, O2 Media and Weve. Working in commercial teams, directly with clients and agency planners; she has helped media owners position themselves effectively, crafter their strategic narrative and maximise their revenue potential.


Kelly Fleetwood


Kelly has worked in the advertising and marketing industry for over 7 years, across client, agency and media owner organisations. Beginning her career at Microsoft ahead of gaining international experience agency side in Munich, Kelly went on to run the operations for key strategic accounts in Amazon advertising and most recently managed mobile and social marketing spend for Amazon’s shopping app and music subscription services across Europe. Kelly is passionate about making an impact in the world of personal nutrition and public health and is currently studying her MSc degree in Human Nutrition.

Saira Longhurst


Saira has extensive process and operations experience having worked in numerous roles across ad operations, learning and development, product and media solutions for Microsoft Advertising. Specialising in project management, digital delivery, operations consultancy, Saira went on to work in the finance sector for Barclays Bank and most recently for Estee Lauder Companies, reengineering their operational processes for clients such as MAC, Jo Malone, Smashbox and Tom Ford Beauty.

Tim Daniels

Senior Consultant

Tim has worked in the media and advertising sector for the past 7 years, advising media owners, brands and start-ups on their digital and commercial strategies. He's led a variety of projects across a number of global clients, in areas such as data monetisation, digital transformation, creative solutions, programmatic and agency sales. Alongside his brother, Tim also launched the iOS app ‘Portal - Focus, Sleep, Escape’, which has featured as Apple’s coveted ``App of the day`` and was a shortlisted app at the Lovie Awards 2019.
